You are responsible for fulfilling a number of highly technical, well paid, specialist positions with people who share our values. You organise the recruitment campaign using simple modern tools like Breezy HR and Linkedin Recruiter. You design adverts in co-operation with international business and engineering, launch them and promote them on social media. You handle the most modern recruitment sites. You co-operate with agencies and suppliers. You build a network of candidates and maintain it through our database and your people skills. You plan interviews and coordinate with all involved people. Lastly, when not hiring, you will research market trends and salaries and report to the team your recommendations for improvement.

Experience and skills you need to apply:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
  • experience recruiting C or C++ software engineers
  • strong communication skills
  • fluent English, both written and spoken
  • experience in sourcing tools and social media platforms for recruitment
  • experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Creative in approach
