At Red our IT Support services have evolved dramatically over the past couple of years and we’re only at the start of what will be an exciting journey. As we grow, the IT support challenge will be to evolve the capabilities of our infrastructure whilst still maintaining security and control day-to-day.
Reporting to the IT Team Leader you will undertake a hands-on role requiring the ability to provide IT support and IT project delivery activities. You will be located in Wrocław, and from time to time you will also visit our other offices in Poland: Zielona Góra, Katowice and Warszawa.
Aside from the day-to-day support issues, you’ll also get chance to work on some big, exciting IT projects; seeing your ideas roll out into the business and playing an active part in Red’s evolution as a leading provider of technology-driven consultancy services.
This is a role for a pro-active person with previous experience of Linux, Windows and Network administration and support. Ideally, you would have previous experience of working in small to mid-sized companies in a dynamic, technical environment.

Our Recruitment Process
Once you submit your CV, we'll send you a short online form asking you to confirm a couple of things. This will then go directly to the Hiring Manager review. We'll often do a short first stage telephone interview to find out more about you and to check that the role would be a good fit for your requirements.
Then, if you progress to interview stage, we'll try to cover off everything we can in one Teams meeting, to make the process quicker for you - which means our interviews can be slightly longer than average. We hope you'll leave the meeting with a real feel for the job and what it's like to work with us.
